  2. 2You are responsible for activity under your account, including channels added, reports generated, feedback submitted, and membership usage.
  3. 3We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that appear compromised, abusive, fraudulent, unlawful, or in violation of these Terms.

Data, Rankings, and Reports

  1. 1The Services use public YouTube data, stored snapshots, configured RPM values, system rules, and model-generated analysis to produce rankings, estimates, reports, and suggestions.
  2. 2Revenue, RPM, views, audience insights, category labels, creative recommendations, and similar outputs are estimates or analytical references. They are not guarantees of earnings, performance, ranking, or business results.
  3. 3You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them for publishing, business, investment, advertising, or operational decisions.

Third-Party Services

  1. 1The Services may connect to or rely on third-party platforms and providers, including YouTube APIs, Google authentication, payment providers, and model providers.
  2. 2Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, changes, errors, or data handling.
  3. 3If a third-party integration becomes unavailable or changes its access rules, some features may stop working or produce incomplete data.

Content and Submissions

  1. 1You retain responsibility for the channel links, prompts, feedback, report requests, uploaded or entered materials, and other content you submit.
  2. 2By submitting feedback, suggestions, prompts, or similar materials, you allow us to use them to operate, improve, support, and promote the Services without compensation to you.

Memberships, Billing, and Credits

  1. 1Paid plans may provide access to higher limits, additional reports, saved channels, favorites, data refreshes, or other features described at purchase.
  2. 2Prices, plan limits, benefits, renewal rules, and feature availability may change. The purchase page or checkout page controls the price and plan shown at the time of purchase.
  3. 3Unless expressly stated otherwise or required by law, payments are non-refundable. You remain responsible for applicable taxes, payment provider fees, failed payments, and account billing activity.

Affiliate Program

  1. 1If you join or use the affiliate program, we may process referral links, referral codes, attribution events, commission snapshots, payout requests, and related anti-fraud signals to track eligibility and calculate rewards.
  2. 2Affiliate attribution may be tied to the first valid referral and may persist for later qualifying purchases according to the program rules shown in the product or admin-facing materials.
  3. 3Commission balances, withdrawal requests, approval status, reversal events, and payout records may be retained for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal compliance.

Disclaimer and Liability

  2. 2To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, lost-profit, lost-data, or business interruption damages.
  3. 3Our aggregate liability for any claim related to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months before the claim or USD $100.
